GLA:D (Good Life with Arthritis: Denmark) is an evidence-based education and exercise program for managing hip and knee osteoarthritis, helping you move better, feel stronger, and take control of your joint health.

- Mondays and Thursdays 2pm-3pm OR
- Tuesdays and Fridays 2:45pm-3:45pm

- 1x 30-min Initial Assessment with a certified GLA:D® physiotherapist or exercise physiologist
- 12x 1-hr Supervised Group Exercise Sessions
- 2x 1hr FREE Education Classes to learn about osteoarthritis and self-management
- 1x 30-min FREE Follow-Up Appointment to review progress and goals

What is it?
GLA:D is an exercise programme developed by researchers that uses education and exercise to help with daily activities. You will strengthen your body, learn to move correctly, and manage symptoms to improve your pain.
Through targeted strengthening and improved confidence in movement, participants can build the ability to stay active, manage pain more effectively, and slow the progression of osteoarthritis symptoms.
Who we care for:
We care for ACT residents with hip and/or knee pain, often related to osteoarthritis.
